This paper offers a concept of gradual transfer of the humanity from the modern urbanistic civilization to the Civilization of sufficiency, and from application of the negative Soul's features in life motivations of each individual to motivations, which use positive features of the Soul. The author displayed that result of the urbanism - monetarism future transformed into capitalism, put human civilization to destruction. The work also substantiates toxic effect of scientific and technological achievements on people and their living on the Earth. There are represented probable structures for managing new civilization of sufficiency including the global government, regions of sufficiency, and cells of sufficiency. Moreover, the author examined variants of preserving humanity as a biological species within the civilization's critical periods.
